A family business that handles other people's inventory.

We sell on Amazon ourselves. That's the short version of how Pegasus Prep came to exist — we went looking for a prep partner we could rely on, found the experience frustrating enough to be memorable, and concluded the gap wasn't complicated work. It was someone doing the basic things carefully and telling you the truth about what arrived.

So the standard we set was the one we wanted as a customer. Count it properly. Tell the client the bad number the day you find it, not the week after. Answer the phone. Don't quote a price you can't hold in month four.

What we've found since is that the same standard is what local businesses, wholesalers and DTC brands want too — which is why the work has widened out from Amazon prep into full fulfillment, warehousing and freight.
